Mohamed Osman

Solicitor, Immigration Law and Criminal Defence

Mohamed Osman is a Solicitor specialising in immigration law, with a growing practice in criminal defence. He graduated with an LLB from City, University of London and went on to complete the Legal Practice Course. Mohamed began his legal career at a top-tier immigration law firm, where he undertook his training contract and developed extensive experience across a wide range of complex immigration matters.

Mohamed advises on all aspects of UK immigration law, with particular expertise in corporate immigration. His work includes sponsor licence applications, compliance and revocation matters, Skilled Worker applications, and advising businesses on navigating the UK's sponsorship system.

Known for his approachable manner and pragmatic mindset, Mohamed is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients, combining technical expertise with clear and effective communication.

Ghulam Ali Hassan

Legal Caseworker, Immigration, Asylum and Criminal Defence

Mr Ghulam Ali Hassan joined Legalise It Solicitors in early 2026 as a Legal Caseworker. He holds an LLB (Hons) in International Commercial Law and the Legal Practice Course (LPC), and is an IAAS-accredited Senior Caseworker. He is currently focused on immigration, asylum, and criminal matters (the latter under supervision).

Drawing on his previous experience in property and private client work, including residential conveyancing, commercial leases, wills, and Lasting Powers of Attorney, he supports clients through complex legal issues with clarity and professionalism. He is working towards qualification as a solicitor this year.

Known for his analytical approach and attention to detail, Ghulam is committed to delivering clear, practical advice and the highest standard of client care.

Sakandar Shah

Paralegal, Criminal Defence

Sakandar is a Paralegal assisting the criminal defence team with case preparation and progression across police station, Magistrates' Court and Crown Court matters. He supports solicitors with reviewing evidence, preparing case documents, liaising with clients and ensuring files are managed efficiently.

Prior to moving into criminal law, Sakandar worked in family law for two years, gaining valuable experience in client care, case management and legal procedures. He has recently transitioned into criminal defence and is continuing to develop his knowledge and practical skills in this area.

Sakandar is committed to learning, professional growth and providing reliable support to both clients and colleagues, with the aim of qualifying as a solicitor.
